・Solenoid valve:
Electrically control the operation of the actuator (operation air in and out):By energizing the built-in electromagnet directly or indirectly, this valve is used to switch the port by moving the spool.

・Filter regulator:
By filtering foreign matter contained in the operating air, it reduces pressure to a suitable level.

・Speed controller:
Adjusts the operating speed of the actuator (operation air in and out). When adjusting the valve opening/closing speed, mounting is required in both the open and closed directions.

・Limit switch:
Read the physical movement of the valve stem through a cam to open and close the contact switch. It is mainly used to detect the full valve open or full valve close position.

・Travel transmitter:
The physical movement of the valve stem is continuously read through the lever, these devices transmit resistance and current values according to the rotation angle. The valve opening can be determined.

In addition, a positioner that performs feedback control by itself can be installed depending on the model.
(As this is a general-purpose product made by another company, various mounting parts, including the bracket, are required for mounting.)

"MDNB Series" limit switch (see the figure on the right.) with two build-in microswitches in a small box for exclusive use with our actuator are available.
Safety design of mountable actuator without changing the internal parts and with compact and non-exposed moving parts in case an explosion-proof structure is not required.
